Access Officer – Disability Act 2005
NAMA has a nominated Access Officer, in accordance with the provision of Section 26 (2) of the Disability Act 2005 (the “2005 Act”). The Access Officer can provide or arrange for and co-ordinate the provision of assistance and guidance to persons with disabilities in accessing assistance within NAMA.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of the Irish Sign Language Act 2017 (the “2017 Act”), NAMA shall do all that is reasonable to ensure that interpretation into Irish Sign Language is provided for a person who is competent in that language and cannot hear or understand English or Irish when that person is seeking to avail of or access statutory entitlements or services provided by or under statute by that public body at no cost to the person concerned.

Please note that to arrange services through an accredited translator, NAMA will require at least one week’s notice.
