NAMA acts as a Data Controller of Personal Data for a range of statutory purposes, including its objectives, purposes and functions under the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009.

NAMA and its group entities are committed to complying with our obligations in respect of the processing of Personal Data under data protection laws.
