The Official Languages Act

The Official Languages (Amendment) Act 2021 came into force in October 2022.

In accordance with the amending legislation, NAMA CEO appointed the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Jamie Bourke, to oversee the performance of and report in relation to the obligations under the Act.

NAMA also ensures that Annual Reports and Financial Statements, and Annual Statement are published in both Irish and English, available here.

NAMA will continue to comply with these and other relevant sections of the Act as they are applicable to the Agency and its work.
