Minister for Finance Statement on NAMA Board
The Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan T.D. was informed yesterday by Mr. Peter Stewart of his resignation from the Board of the National Asset Management Agency.
In noting Mr. Stewart’s resignation, the Minister stated:
“I wish to thank Mr. Stewart for his work on the Board of the National Asset Management Agency. Mr. Stewart, along with the other Board members, has made a very important contribution to the work of the Agency, especially during the extremely busy set up phase of its operations. I would also like to acknowledge his important role as Chairman of the Northern Ireland Advisory Committee of the Agency.”
The Minister concluded by wishing Mr. Stewart every success in the future.
