The new information includes all properties which were subject to enforcement action as at the 31st August last. The list includes 16 new properties to which receivers were appointed during August. The total number of properties now listed is 892 (some of which are multiple properties such as Apartment blocks).
The list of properties to which receivers were appointed during August includes Residential, Development [commenced], Agricultural and Industrial assets. A number of the assets are located in Counties Antrim and Tyrone with some in the south of England. One of the residential properties in the UK is the very high profile Updown Court in Surrey.
