NAMA Issues Tender for Enforcement and Insolvency Services
The National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) has issued an Invitation to Tender for the appointment to a framework comprising the following panels:
A. Insolvency Practitioners (corporate) for Ireland
B. Insolvency Practitioners (corporate) for the UK
C. Insolvency Practitioners (fixed charge) for Ireland and
D. Insolvency Practitioners (fixed charge) for UK
The Agency wishes to put in place UK and Irish panels of insolvency practitioners for both fixed charge and corporate appointments.
In respect of corporate appointments, the Agency wishes to appoint two panels for both Ireland and the UK who have experience of acting in complex corporate and property enforcement and insolvency cases.
In respect of the fixed charge appointments, the Agency wishes to appoint two panels for both Ireland and the UK who have experience of acting in non-corporate, fixed charge type insolvency cases, including acting as a receiver or agent of a receiver in providing property management services as part of an enforcement and insolvency process.
