Resolution of Unfinished Housing Estates

Since 2010, NAMA has sought to resolve unfinished housing estates in its secured portfolio. NAMA has advanced funding to debtors and receivers to undertake remedial and completion works to the unfinished developments, in some cases completing the estates in their entirety. In certain cases, unfinished housing estates have been provided for social housing use following remediation by NAMA with many units subsequently purchased by NARPS for social housing purposes.
