Executive Summary

NAMA acts as a Data Controller of Personal Data for a range of statutory purposes, including its objectives, purposes and functions under the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009.

NAMA and its group entities are committed to complying with our obligations in respect of the processing of Personal Data under data protection laws. The purpose of this Data Protection Statement ("Statement") is to ensure that we meet our transparency obligations pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). This Statement has been adopted by NAMA with effect from 25 May 2018 which is the commencement date for the GDPR and will be reviewed from time to time. We will always post the most up to date version on the NAMA website.
